Care Champion (CC) - gives leadership and support to the mission, methods, and goals of the Partner Site. Embodies the values necessary to create a healthy culture and make possible care to be delivered, relationships made, and results achieved and reported.
Resource Coordinator (RC) - listens to guests in need of assistance, invites them to become a participant in their journey to find solutions. Additionally, identifies resources, researches assets, shares pathways, and gives hope.
Community Advocate (CA) - connects the neighborhood with its neighbors by making connections through invitations to serve, hosting informational meetings, and offering ways to be a part of the change that happens when people get the help they need within a caring community.
Welcome Agent (WA) - greets all guests, answers the phone, assists with various administrative tasks, sets the tone upon entrance to the building, and gives suggestions.
When the necessary roles are fulfilled and the team rows in the same direction, it creates a force multiplier effect that extends the reach and impact of the CityServeX Site. Each role, whether paid or volunteer, contributes unique value to the overall goal of helping people find what they need.
